- We provide 1 bath towel per guest, 1 face towel per bathroom, and 1 set of bed linen per bed, according to the number of guests stated in the reservation.

- If you require a linen change during your stay, it may be requested separately at a cost equal to 50% of the cleaning fee.

#Check-in and Check-out

- Check-in: from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm (check-in after 8:00 pm may be granted upon request and subject to team availability).

- Check-out: by 11:00 am.

- Late check-out after 11:00 am may be allowed if the apartment is available, upon request at least 24 hours in advance and a charge of 50% of the daily rate.

#Guests and Visitors

- Only registered guests listed in the reservation are allowed to stay in the accommodation.

- The entry or stay of people exceeding the maximum capacity of the property is not allowed.

- Before check-in, you will be required to send identification documents for all guests for verification and access approval to the accommodation.
