Apartment with a spectacular location and beautiful views of Campeche Island. Within a 500-meter distance, you can do everything on foot: market, bars, restaurants. Campeche Beach is right in front of you, and you can catch a glimpse of the sea from the balcony. Take a 20-minute walk and you'll find yourself on the sandy shore. On the way to the beach, you'll pass bakeries, ice cream shops, markets, restaurants, stores, pão de queijo shops, açaí spots, and bars... This way, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast on your way to the beach or, if you prefer, have lunch or a snack on your way back to the apartment.

The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, so you can enjoy the sounds of birds during your stay. The building is family-friendly and access to the apartment is by stairs only (two flights of stairs).
