- We provide **1 bath towel per guest, 1 face towel per bathroom, and 1 set of bed linen per bed according to the number of guests entered in the reservation*.

- If you need a change of linens during your stay, it can be requested separately for an amount equivalent to 50% of the cleaning fee.

# Check-in and check-out

- Check-in: from 3 PM to 8 PM (check-in after 8 PM may be granted upon request and according to team availability).

- Check-out: until 11 AM.

- Check-out after 11 AM may be allowed if the apartment is available, upon request made 24 hours in advance and a fee of 50% of the daily rate.

- Only guests properly registered in the reservation may stay in the accommodation.

- It is not allowed to exceed the maximum occupancy established for the property.

- Before check-in, guests will be asked to send identification documents for verification and access authorization.
