# Check-in and check-out

- Check-in: from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm (late check-in after 8:00 pm may be allowed upon request and subject to team availability).

- Check-out: by 11:00 am.

- Check-out after 11:00 am may be allowed if the apartment is available, upon request 24 hours in advance and for a fee of 50% of the daily rate.

- No entry or stay of people beyond the maximum capacity established for the property is permitted.
