- If you need a linen change during your stay, it can be requested separately at a cost equal to 50% of the cleaning fee.

# Check-in and check-out

- Check-in: from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm (late check-in after 8:00 pm may be allowed upon request and depending on team availability).

- Check-out: by 11:00 am.

- Late check-out after 11:00 am may be allowed if the apartment is available, upon request at least 24 hours in advance and a fee of 50% of the daily rate.

# Guests and visitors

- Only guests properly informed and registered in the reservation may stay in the accommodation.

- The entrance or stay of people beyond the maximum capacity established for the property is not allowed.

- Before check-in, you will be asked to send identification documents for all guests to verify and grant access to the accommodation.
