- We provide **1 bath towel per guest, 1 face towel per bathroom, and 1 set of bed linen per bed according to the number of guests specified in the reservation**.

- If you need a linen change during your stay, it can be requested separately for a fee equal to 50% of the cleaning fee.

# Check-in and check-out

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM (check-in after 8:00 PM may be granted upon request and according to team availability).

- Check-out: by 11:00 AM.

- Check-out after 11:00 AM may be granted if the apartment is available, upon request with 24 hours’ notice and a fee of 50% of the daily rate.

- Only guests who have been properly registered in the reservation are allowed to stay at the accommodation.

- Entry or stay of people beyond the established maximum occupancy for the property is not permitted.

- Before check-in, guests will be asked to submit identification documents for verification and to enable access to the accommodation.
