On the second floor: 3 comfortable suites, 2 with king-size beds and 1 with a queen-size bed. All rooms have hot and cold air conditioning, balcony, new beds, and impeccable linens.

Accommodates up to 6 guests comfortably. Amenities include a private washer and dryer and one parking spot (the neighborhood is quiet, and you may park a second and third car on the street in front of the house).

Accommodation Rules:

#Cleaning and Linens

- The included cleaning is carried out only at check-out.

- We provide 1 bath towel per guest, 1 face towel per bathroom, and 1 set of bed linens per bed according to the number of guests listed in the reservation.

- If you need to request a change of linens during your stay, this can be arranged at an additional cost of 50% of the cleaning fee.

#Check-in and Check-out

- Check-in: from 3 PM to 8 PM (late check-in after 8 PM may be arranged upon request and depending on staff availability).

- Check-out: by 11 AM.

- Late check-out after 11 AM may be possible if the apartment is available; please request 24 hours in advance. An additional fee of 50% of the daily rate applies.

#Guests and Visitors

- Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed to stay in the property.

- Extra guests beyond the maximum capacity established for the property are not allowed.

- Before check-in, you will be asked to provide identification documents for all guests for verification and to authorize access to the property.

#House Rules

- Smoking inside the house is not permitted (only allowed on the balcony or terrace).

- Parties, events, and loud music are not allowed.

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM and must be observed throughout the stay.

- Guests are responsible for following the house and condominium rules. Non-compliance may result in a penalty fee for the person responsible for the booking.
