Accommodation Rules:

# Cleaning and linens

- Cleaning included in the price is performed only at check-out.

- We provide **1 bath towel per guest, 1 face towel per bathroom, and 1 set of bed linen per bed according to the number of guests indicated in the reservation**.

- If you need a linen change during your stay, it can be requested separately at a cost corresponding to 50% of the cleaning fee.

# Check-in and check-out

- Check-in: from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (late check-in after 8:00 p.m. may be granted upon request and team availability).

- Check-out: until 11:00 a.m.

# Guests and visitors

- Only guests duly registered in the reservation are allowed to stay in the accommodation.

- Entry or stay of people beyond the property's maximum capacity is not permitted.

- Before check-in, you will be asked to send guests' identification documents for verification and authorization of accommodation access.

# Accommodation rules

- Smoking is not allowed inside the property (only on the balcony or terrace).

- Parties, events, and loud noise are not allowed.

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and must be respected throughout your stay.

- The guest is responsible for following the accommodation and condominium rules. In case of violations, a fine may be applied and will be the responsibility of the guest who made the reservation.

- We are pet friendly (we allow up to two dogs per stay, cats are not allowed).
