- We provide **1 bath towel per guest, 1 face towel per bathroom, and 1 set of bed linen per bed, in accordance with the number of guests specified on the reservation*.

- If you require a change of linen during your stay, it can be requested separately for 50% of the cleaning fee.

- Check-in: from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (check-in after 8:00 p.m. may be granted upon request and team availability).

- Check-out: until 11:00 a.m.

- Late check-out after 11:00 a.m. may be granted if the apartment is available, upon request 24 hours in advance and a fee of 50% of the daily rate.

# Guests and visitors

- Only guests listed and registered in the reservation may stay in the accommodation.

- The entry or stay of people beyond the property’s maximum capacity is not allowed.

- Before check-in, guests will be asked to provide identification documents for verification and authorization of accommodation access.

- Use of the gym and SPA is not allowed for anyone under the age of 16.
