Accommodation Rules:

#Cleaning and Bedding

- Cleaning included in the price is only carried out at check-out.

- We provide 1 bath towel per guest, 1 face towel per bathroom, and 1 set of bed linen per bed according to the number of guests indicated in the reservation.

- If a linen change is needed during your stay, it can be requested separately for 50% of the cleaning fee.

#Check-in and Check-out

- Check-in: from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm (after 8:00 pm is possible upon request and subject to our team’s availability).

- Check-out: by 11:00 am.

- Late check-out after 11:00 am may be granted if the apartment is available, upon request made 24 hours in advance and for a fee of 50% of the daily rate.

#Guests and Visitors

- Only guests that are properly registered in the reservation may stay in the accommodation.

- The entry or stay of people above the property’s maximum capacity is not allowed.

- Before check-in, guests’ identification documents must be sent for verification and access authorization.

#Accommodation Rules

- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment (only on the balcony or terrace).

- Parties, events, and loud noise are not allowed.

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am and must be respected throughout your stay.

- The guest is responsible for complying with the rules of the accommodation and condominium. If rules are not followed, a fine may be applied, charged to the guest responsible for the reservation.
