House rules: Smoking is ONLY allowed in the outdoor area. Pets are NOT allowed. Days of peace, joy, and fun are welcome. Accommodation Rules:

#Cleaning and Linen

- The cleaning included in the price is performed only at check-out.

- We provide 1 bath towel per guest, 1 face towel per bathroom, and 1 set of bed linens per bed according to the number of guests indicated on the reservation.

- If a linen change is needed during your stay, it can be requested separately for a fee equal to 50% of the cleaning charge.

#Check-in and Check-out

- Check-in: from 3 pm to 8 pm (late check-in after 8 pm may be arranged on request, subject to team availability).

- Check-out: by 11 am.

- Check-out after 11 am may be granted if the apartment is available, and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, with a fee of 50% of the daily rate.

#Guests and Visitors

- Only registered guests listed in the reservation may stay in the accommodation.

- The entry or stay of people beyond the maximum capacity established for the property is not allowed.

- Before check-in, guests will be asked to provide identification documents for verification and access to the accommodation.

#Accommodation Rules

- Parties, events, and loud music are not permitted.

- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am and must be observed throughout your stay.

- The guest is responsible for complying with the accommodation and condominium rules. In case of non-compliance, a fine may be applied and will be the responsibility of the guest who made the reservation.
