#Cleaning and Linen

- Cleaning included in the rate is carried out only at check-out.

- We provide 1 bath towel per guest, 1 face towel per bathroom, and 1 set of bed linen per bed according to the number of guests specified in the reservation.

- If you need a linen change during your stay, it can be requested separately for a fee equivalent to 50% of the cleaning rate.

#Check-in and Check-out

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM (check-in after 8:00 PM may be allowed upon request and subject to staff availability).

- Check-out: by 11:00 AM.

- Late check-out after 11:00 AM may be granted if the apartment is available, upon request at least 24 hours in advance and with a fee of 50% of the nightly rate.

#Guests and Visitors

- Only guests properly listed and registered on the reservation are allowed to stay in the accommodation.

- The entry or stay of persons beyond the established maximum capacity for the property is not permitted.

- Before check-in, you will be asked to send the identification documents of all guests for verification and to authorize access to the accommodation.

- Smoking is not allowed inside the property (only on the balcony or terrace).

- Parties, events, and loud music are not permitted.

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and must be observed throughout your stay.
