- The cleaning included in the price is performed only at check-out.

- We provide 1 bath towel per guest, 1 face towel per bathroom, and 1 set of bed linens per bed for the number of guests specified in the reservation.

- If you need a change of linens during your stay, you can request it for a fee equivalent to 50% of the cleaning fee.

#Check-in and Check-out

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM (check-in after 8:00 PM may be possible upon request and subject to staff availability).

- Check-out: by 11:00 AM.

- Late check-out after 11:00 AM may be granted if the apartment is available, upon request with 24 hours’ notice and a fee of 50% of the daily rate.

- Only guests properly registered in the reservation are allowed in the property.

- Entry or stay of people beyond the maximum capacity set for the property is not permitted.

- Before check-in, guests will be asked to provide identification documents for verification and approval of access to the accommodation.
