Accommodation Rules:
#Cleaning and Linens- The cleaning included in the price is performed only at check-out.- We provide 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, and 1 set of bed linen per bed, according to the number of guests listed on the reservation.- If a linen or towel change is needed during your stay, it may be requested separately for a fee equivalent to 50% of the cleaning fee.
#Check-in and Check-out- Check-in: from 3 PM to 8 PM (check-in after 8 PM may be available upon request and subject to our team’s availability).- Check-out: by 11 AM.- Check-out after 11 AM may be available if the apartment is available, provided it is requested at least 24 hours in advance and upon payment of a fee equivalent to 50% of the nightly rate.
#Guests and Visitors- Only guests who have been properly listed and registered on the reservation are allowed to stay at the property.- The number of people at the property may not exceed its established maximum capacity.- Before check-in, guests will be asked to provide identification documents for verification and authorization to access the property.
#Accommodation Rules- Smoking is not allowed inside the property (only on the balcony or terrace).- Parties, events, and loud music or noise are not allowed.- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM and must be respected throughout the entire stay.- The guest is responsible for complying with the accommodation and condominium rules. Failure to comply with these rules may result in a fine, which will be the responsibility of the guest who made the reservation.
