- We provide 1 bath towel per guest, 1 face towel per bathroom, and 1 set of bed linen per bed according to the number of guests specified in the reservation.

- If you need a linen change during your stay, it can be requested separately for an amount equivalent to 50% of the cleaning fee.

#Check-in and Check-out

- Check-in: from 3 PM to 8 PM (late check-in after 8 PM may be allowed upon request and based on team availability).

- Check-out: until 11 AM.

- Late check-out after 11 AM may be allowed if the apartment is available, upon request at least 24 hours in advance and with a fee of 50% of the daily rate.

#Guests and Visitors

- Only guests who are properly informed and registered in the reservation are allowed to stay in the accommodation.

- No one beyond the maximum capacity established for the property may enter or stay in the accommodation.

- Before check-in, guests will be asked to send identification documents for verification and access approval to the accommodation.

#House Rules

- Smoking is not allowed inside the property (only on the balcony or terrace).

- Parties, events, and loud music are not allowed.

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM and must be respected throughout the stay.

- The guest is responsible for compliance with the accommodation and building rules. If these rules are violated, a fine may be imposed, payable by the guest responsible for the reservation.
