Accommodation Rules:

#Cleaning and Linen

- The cleaning included in the price is performed only at check-out.

- We provide 1 bath towel per guest, 1 face towel per bathroom, and 1 set of bed linens per bed according to the number of guests stated in the reservation.

- If a change of linens is needed during your stay, it can be requested separately, with a cost corresponding to 50% of the cleaning fee.

#Check-in and Check-out

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM (check-in after 8:00 PM may be allowed upon request and subject to staff availability).

- Check-out: by 11:00 AM.

- Late check-out after 11:00 AM is possible if the apartment is available, upon request made 24 hours in advance and with a fee of 50% of the nightly rate.

#Guests and Visitors

- Only guests who are properly registered and informed in the reservation are allowed to stay in the accommodation.

- The entry or stay of more people than the maximum capacity established for the property is not permitted.

- Before check-in, sending the identification documents of all guests will be required to verify and release access to the accommodation.

#House Rules

- Smoking is not allowed inside the property (only on the balcony or terrace).

- Parties, events, and loud music are not allowed.

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and must be respected throughout the stay.

- The guest is responsible for following the house and condominium rules. In case of a violation, a fine may be applied and the guest responsible for the reservation will be liable.
