#Cleaning and Linens

- The cleaning included in the rate is performed only at check-out.

- We provide 1 bath towel per guest, 1 face towel per bathroom, and 1 set of bed linen per bed according to the number of guests stated in the reservation.

- If you require a change of linens during your stay, it can be requested separately at a cost corresponding to 50% of the cleaning fee.

#Check-in and Check-out

- Check-in: from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm (late check-in after 8:00 pm may be granted upon request and subject to staff availability).

- Check-out: until 11:00 am.

- Late check-out after 11:00 am may be granted if the apartment is available, upon request at least 24 hours in advance and payment of a fee equal to 50% of the daily rate.

#Guests and Visitors

- Only guests properly listed and registered in the reservation are allowed to stay in the accommodation.

- The entry or stay of people above the maximum capacity established for the property is not permitted.

- Before check-in, guests will be asked to send their identification documents for verification and access approval to the accommodation.

- Smoking is not allowed inside the property (only on the balcony or terrace).

- Parties, events, and loud sounds are not allowed.

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am and must be respected throughout your stay.

Incredible, sunny penthouse with a spectacular private outdoor area: jacuzzi (not heated), barbecue grill, hammock, and an outdoor dining table (all located in the private outdoor space of the penthouse). The indoor area is comfortable, with air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, cozy beds, and pristine linens. The kitchen is fully equipped and well-appointed.

This penthouse features two bedrooms. One suite with a queen bed plus a private workspace, and another bedroom also with a queen bed. In addition, the living room has a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate two more people.

The condominium is family-friendly, very safe, and complete, offering: heated adult and children's pools; a game room with pool table, foosball, and ping-pong; a playroom and children's playground; as well as a very well-equipped gym. There is one parking space available.
