Accommodation Rules:

#Cleaning and Linen

- The cleaning included in the price is carried out only at check-out.

- We provide 1 bath towel per guest, 1 face towel per bathroom, and 1 set of bed linen per bed according to the number of guests specified in the reservation.

- If a linen change is required during your stay, it can be requested separately for a fee equal to 50% of the cleaning charge.

#Check-in and Check-out

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM (check-in after 8:00 PM may be granted upon request and subject to staff availability).

- Check-out: by 11:00 AM.

- Late check-out after 11:00 AM may be granted if the apartment is available, upon request with 24 hours’ notice and a fee of 50% of the daily rate.

#Guests and Visitors

- Only guests who have been properly registered in the reservation are allowed to stay at the accommodation.

- The entry or presence of persons exceeding the established maximum capacity for the property is not permitted.

- Before check-in, guests will be asked to submit identification documents for verification and to authorize access to the accommodation.

#Accommodation Rules

- Smoking is not allowed inside the property (only on the balcony or terrace).

- Parties, events, and loud music are not permitted.

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and must be observed throughout the stay.

- The guest is responsible for following the accommodation and condominium rules. Failure to comply may result in a penalty, which is the responsibility of the guest listed on the reservation.

All studios feature a smart TV, a compact and functional kitchen (basic utensils, two-burner stovetop, microwave, and refrigerator). The studios are also equipped with a portable fan, a comfortable bed (with a brand new double mattress), and impeccable bed linens. In addition, there is a dining table and a seating area. Each apartment also has a renovated private bathroom with a glass shower enclosure and hot shower.

The shared area of the condominium has a pleasant garden, placing you in the midst of nature, on a very quiet and peaceful street. The sound of birds and this tranquil setting are unique highlights of this place.
