Accommodation Rules:

#Cleaning and Linen

- The cleaning included in the rate is performed only at check-out.

- We provide 1 bath towel per guest, 1 face towel per bathroom, and 1 set of bed linen per bed according to the number of guests indicated in the reservation.

- If a linen change is needed during the stay, it can be requested separately for a fee equivalent to 50% of the cleaning fee.

#Check-in and Check-out

- Check-in: from 3 PM to 8 PM (check-in after 8 PM may be granted upon request and subject to staff availability).

- Check-out: until 11 AM.

- Check-out after 11 AM may be granted if the apartment is available, provided a request is made 24 hours in advance and a fee of 50% of the daily rate is paid.

#Guests and Visitors

- Only guests properly registered and listed in the reservation may remain in the accommodation.

- Entry or stay of people exceeding the maximum capacity established for the property is not allowed.

- Before check-in, you will be required to send identification documents for guests for verification and access approval for the accommodation.

#Accommodation Rules

- Smoking is not allowed inside the property (only on the balcony or terrace).

- Parties, events, and loud music are not permitted.

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM and must be respected throughout your stay.

- The guest is responsible for complying with the accommodation and condominium rules. Fines may be applied in case of non-compliance, and the guest responsible for the reservation will be held accountable.

All studios feature a smart TV, a compact and functional kitchen (basic utensils, two-burner stove, microwave, and refrigerator). The studios are also equipped with a portable fan, a comfortable bed (with a brand-new double mattress), and impeccable bed linens. Additionally, there is a dining table and a seating area. Each apartment has a private renovated bathroom with a shower enclosure and hot shower.

In the shared area of the condominium, there is a lovely garden. Here, you will be surrounded by nature on a very quiet and peaceful street. The sound of birds and the tranquility are standout features of this place.

Each studio also has a private space with a laundry sink and clothesline for drying clothes.
