Accommodation Rules:

#Cleaning and Linen

- The cleaning included in the price is carried out only at check-out.

- We provide 1 bath towel per guest, 1 face towel per bathroom, and 1 set of bed linen per bed according to the number of guests specified in the reservation.

- If a linen change is needed during your stay, it can be requested separately for a fee equal to 50% of the cleaning charge.

#Check-in and Check-out

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM (check-in after 8:00 PM may be granted upon request and according to team availability).

- Check-out: by 11:00 AM.

- Late check-out after 11:00 AM may be granted if the apartment is available, upon request made 24 hours in advance and for a fee equal to 50% of the daily rate.

#Guests and Visitors

- Only guests who have been properly informed and registered in the reservation are allowed to stay at the accommodation.

- Entry or stay of people beyond the maximum capacity established for the property is not allowed.

- Before check-in, identification documents of all guests will be requested for verification and to grant access to the accommodation.

#Accommodation Rules

- Smoking is not allowed inside the property (only on the balcony or terrace).

- Parties, events, and loud music are not allowed.

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and must be respected throughout your stay.

- The guest is responsible for complying with the accommodation and building rules. In case of violation of the rules, a fine may be imposed, and it will be the responsibility of the guest who made the reservation.
